These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LinVPN Android application and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
LinVPN is a free virtual private network (VPN) application for Android devices. It establishes a secure, encrypted
tunnel between your device and our servers, routing selected device traffic through that tunnel. The Service uses
the Android VpnService API exclusively for this core function, and no traffic is routed unless you
explicitly enable the VPN and grant the corresponding system permission.
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the Service for users who violate these Terms or whose behavior threatens the stability, security, or availability of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure stable operation, we give no guarantee as to speed, uptime, or availability of the Service. Internet access, VPN endpoints, and connection quality depend on factors outside our control, including network conditions and the policies of third-party providers.
LinVPN is committed to protecting your privacy and does not require registration. The Service does not collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII), browsing history, IP addresses, DNS queries, or the content of your traffic. To operate, the Application transmits only anonymous technical data to our servers — the installation identifier (chat id), the amount of traffic, the support-chat messages that you send, and error diagnostics. The complete list is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service may display advertisements provided by the Yandex Mobile Ads network to keep the Service free of charge. Rewarded ads are shown only after an explicit in-app confirmation, never unannounced; watching a rewarded ad to the end grants an access session of up to 2 hours, and closing it early means access is not granted for that attempt. Advertisements are provided by third parties under their own policies. You acknowledge that advertising identifiers may be processed by the advertising provider as described in our Privacy Policy and that provider's privacy policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the software other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The LinVPN name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall LinVPN or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required for technical, security, or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Application. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local law and jurisdiction.
